Oolong Tie Guan Yin

This is a lightly roasted Oolong tea, giving the cup a pleasantly dry, almond texture with notes of toasted rice, honey, orchids, and apricot. Known also as Ti Quan Yin, Tie Guan Yin or Iron Goddess of Mercy, this is a medium grade of the tea that shares many of the qualities associated with higher fancy grades. These higher grades of Tie Guan Yin are some of the most expensive and treasured teas available.
