The caffeine from our Decaf Ceylon has been removed using the CO2 extraction method which is a chemical-free way of removing the caffeine from tea. The leaf used is from Sri Lanka and gives a lighter and more aromatic brew than our standard breakfast blend, but still packs a full flavor and can be enjoyed either with or without milk as a morning cuppa.
