Famous Chinese Green Tea, Strong, Sweet, Toasted Nuts

This is the most famous of China’s green teas coming from the hills around Hangzhou in the east of China.  It’s traditional name “Long Ching” means “Dragon’s Well,” referring to the place where it has been traditionally grown.  Fired by hand in a hot wok to arrest the oxidation process this tea can be recognised by a distinctive flat leaf and a full rounded flavour with a nutty hint and a lovely dry buttery finish.
